First Haircut

That's right, the girl agreed to a haircut!  We are having annual family photos done soon so I got an update on my 'do, Chris got a cut, and Jackie finally understood that we would just trim the yucky frayed ends of her hair.  Also, we visited this really cute kids' salon nearby called Chloe's Carousel and that motivated her some more.  We got lucky that someone no-showed for their appointment when we popped in.  Jackie picked out a video and took a seat.  She was so happy!

25 minutes later she looked like this!  They totally princess up the girls' hair with braids, bows, flowers and glitter for the price of a haircut.

I kept a small piece of her hair.  Even though it doesn't look like her brown baby hair anymore thanks to sun and chlorine.... I still know it is.  Now those ends are so pale they look like cornsilk.  I had hoped that cutting of 3 inches would bring back some of her curls, but no such luck.
