Mini Me's

My college roomie and dear friend Marissa recently popped through San Diego with her baby girl Alana. We got some much needed time to catch up over dinner.  And then the girls came over for a play date.  Chris said the girls were mini Robin and mini Marissa.  Jackie was a great hostess, taking Alana by the hand and showing her all around.  They played really nicely together.  Jackie did say, Alana doesn't talk much; she doesn't answer me.  I had to keep reminding Jackie that Alana is only 2!  She's grown up so much and she is adventurous, game for anything.  She kept up with Jackie in every way.  It was really great to see them!  AND, we are headed to Hawaii this summer to visit on their new turf.  I think it was helpful for Jackie to see them again prior to our trip because now she seems more excited about it.
