Last month Jackie and I made banana bread muffin cupcakes with cinnamon honey cream cheese frosting for the teacher and class to celebrate teacher's birthday. I tried to keep it somewhat low sugar with the banana bread and the light swirl application of the frosting while still tricking the kids into thinking this was a major treat. I was feeling pretty worn out with preparing for the Chicago trip and Chris being gone so I didn't stick around school to take pictures or see if the kids ate them. I hope they were good!
