4 years ago today Chris and I learned we were expecting this adorable little creature.
Our lives were changed in ways we couldn't have predicted. And more times than can count, we've felt like fools. I will always think of April Fool's Day fondly, remembering that life changing errand to the convenience store followed by the surprising results. I think we were both in total shock. I went to work like everything was normal, but I just couldn't concentrate. I remember ducking out early and heading to the bookstore to equip myself with a what-to-expect type manual. Like a book could possibly prepare you for parenthood?
She's been sick for the last 3 days, but I think she's feeling better. What do you think?
