Heat Wave

Recently, we finally had summer.  Yes the kids are back in school.  Yes it's dark at 7 now.  But it was over 100 degrees here for two days in a row.  And before that it was hot and after that it was hot.

I took Jackie to watch the Poway Days parade one Saturday morning.  It was silly and cheesy and boring like a small town parade usually is.  And it was HOT.  We stayed for half of it.  Next year she'll probably be in the parade.  I hope it's not hot.
