Yes, potty training has finally begun for real. There have been times in the past when she has worn her panties at home and I have tried to start potty training. But it wasn't really clicking and I would get too frustrated with the extra messes and she would be so stubborn, so I figured I would wait until it just clicked - and it did! The first day all she wanted to do was go potty and get a treat in return. But each day the treat has become less important and her ability to hold it has been amazing! Yeah! I still put pull-ups on her when she's in bed because I can't be washing the sheets every day, twice a day. One step at a time.
Update: Jaclyn says after going poo in her potty, "sometimes it looks like a cookie, and sometimes a snake. And sometimes it's just nuggets." Amen.
