Daddy Daughter Time

I'm not around to photograph most Daddy Daughter time since I'm usually working or resting.... But here are a few recent moments to share.

Jackie says - Woohoo!  Picnic with Daddy!

Prior to the start of his crazy summer schedule of 12+ hours a day, Daddy and Jackie spent a lot of cool mornings at our new local (walking distance) park and Poway Lake to feed the ducks.  Mommy loved these mornings - sleeping in, leisurely showering and dressing, perhaps unpacking a box or organizing.  Mommy should have been doing some pilates or yoga these mornings to stretch and strengthen her core so that she wouldn't now be suffering with back pain from a (probably) herniated disk.  Live and Learn.

Father's Day was celebrated with a big breakfast at Denny's - yes, he ordered all this food for himself.  Our food isn't photographed here at all.  And so that you fully appreciate what you see here - scrambled eggs, ham AND bacon, toast, pancakes, fruit cup, biscuits and gravy, and hash browns.  Yep.

Then we went to Old Poway Park to ride the train and such.

She looks so tiny in this picture with him.  She says, Stop Dad, don't follow me.

Then Daddy rounded out his Father's Day by watching some golf.  A very belated and overdue Happy Father's Day, honey.  You are a very loving daddy and we are thankful that you work so hard when you do and that you play so hard when you do.
