Backpack Backpack

During the Fall, Jaclyn was obsessed with Dora the Explorer.  For her birthday and Christmas she received several Dora themed gifts.  One of which being a doll that came with a silly book.  I bought the book just to get the doll because I thought she'd like a soft cuddly Dora.  And she did!  But, the first thing she noticed about this Dora doll was that it didn't have a backpack!  She said, "Where's Dora's backpack?"  And she asked this over and over again in true toddler style.  Why would they make a Dora doll without her signature backpack I ask?
So one time I told her I would make Dora a backpack; we would go to the store and get some purple fabric and make her one.  Jaclyn did not forget this!  And my mom thankfully took her to the fabric store and sent her home with some purple felt.  Here it is, Dora's backpack, complete with Map.
