In early November a mom friend of mine organized a "craft exchange" for our meetup group. About 8 moms participated. We each brought 8 of the same craft and went home with 8 different crafts, prepackaged, with instructions, ready to go. Fabulous! I tucked most of them away for a rainy day. And boy is it raining here! Last week it was 85 degrees the days of Jaclyn's birthday parties. This week.... rain, rain, and more rain. Bring out the crafts!
Jaclyn started munching on snowman's arm before I explained that the pretzels were part of the craft time, not snack time. Ouch!
This is the craft that I brought for the exchange. We completed in around Thanksgiving. Jaclyn didn't quite understand what being thankful meant. But she does understand what she loves! I had also written on the back a few other responses, pink balloons, baseball, and Alana.
Adorable! We are over the rain and bored as hell.
