Rain, Rain Go Away!

While we were munching on freshly made spiced pecans - a Frazier Family Holiday Tradition - there was a break in the clouds and the sun was shining, yet it was also raining.  So I quickly threw on Jaclyn's rain boots even though she didn't have any pants on and we went rainbow hunting.  It was a success!  We saw a full arch, one side to the other, right outside our condo complex.  Of course, I left the camera behind in my haste.  We watched it for quite a while, talking about the colors.  Then we walked around collecting pretty leaves.  Then I knew I needed to go get my camera and catalog this fun Fall (winter) event.  But, by the time we got our camera and went back outside, our personal rainbow had eluded us.  What to do now?

The only good thing about having a drainage problem outside our front door,
is our very own ready made splashing puddle!

My first attempt at posting video was unsuccessful, otherwise these photos would be live action.
Other bloggers: suggestions?

  1. I've found that I can only upload short videos to blogger; maybe 30-45 seconds. If I have longer video I usually upload to my flickr site and make a link on the blog. I know others use youtube for that purpose.
