Thankful

I was just putting Jaclyn to bed and she asked for her daddy...... this is one of her delaying tactics that drags bedtime on and on.  But, I humored her and said sure, goodnight, I love you, etc.  Then I sent in daddy.  He was gone only a short time.  And when he returned he said that she just wanted to say, "Thanks for being my daddy."  And as he was leaving, "Thanks for coming to cuddle with me."

Thank you, dear sweet baby, for being the best kid ever.  And thank you God for this blessing.
